"The Danbury International Festival is one of my favorite days of the year because it truly showcases our city at its very best. Downtown comes alive with color, culture, music, and the incredible people who make Danbury such a remarkable place to call home. Watching families experience traditions from around the world reminds us that our diversity is our greatest strength and one of Danbury's brightest treasures. This demonstrates the true GEM of a city we are!" — Lazaro Chavez, Executive Director, CityCenter Danbury
